The Crow
by Thomas, aged 7
Joe shot his new arrow into the crows body and then the crow dropped to the ground. Joe walked over to the crows punctured body and saw blood all over the dead grass and then Joe ripped the arrow out of the crows body and more blood pored on to the dead grass then Joe was satisfied with his new arrow then he walked home with the crows punctured body.
When Joe got home he saw the village he lived in was destroyed. then he really was angry at the evil King Zalak. Joe ran to the next village and ran into the tavern and puffing and panting he told the people in the tavern what happened.
They were really angry when they heard what happened they really hated King Zalak now they had a excuse to attack the King's army.
They prepared their villagers and prepared for a sneak attack. But first they needed more fighters they decided that they would go to the next inn. When they got to the castle gates they got attacked by arrows from behind. They jumped up and charged for the group of archers. The villagers pulled out their swords and their bows and attacked the archers.
Only a few of the villagers got injured but all of the archers were injured or dead or had ran away. Two of the men volunteered to take the injured back to the village.
Joe said, "Now we have only got ten people," as he counted the villagers.
They walked to the castle gates and the guards attacked the villagers and the villagers cut the guards throats and smashed the castle gates with there sledge hammers.
When they got into the castle they went strait to the inn. They found sum more recruits they fitted them with weapons then they left.
A WEEK LATER
They just got there and they were sneaking up on the gates to the evil King Zalak's castle.
